You know how potatoes begin to sprout if they don’t get eaten quick enough? Well, this is what happens if said potatoes are fairly well hidden and not found for a long time. These potatoes each grew 2-3 ft long tendrils searching for water or soil in my mom’s pantry in Idaho. I think it’s pretty impressive and a testament to Idaho’s claim to fame. I might make a motivational poster out of it. I’m open to captions.
