The Crenshaws were extremely nice and threw me a little lunch time birthday party today because we are going to be gone this weekend. For cinco de mayo, she brought a clearance Easter pinata. First we let the kids hit it with a stick:
Then we had them pull the string at the bottom:
And then, like most pinatas, an adult had to get the candy out:
It was such a beautiful day, we headed to the park. The ducks weren’t hungry. It was a week ago it was too cold to even go for a walk. Today, the kids were overheating and we were dumping water on their heads.

Looks like it was a wonderful weekend! Hooray for almost being done with the pregnancy! Retaining water is no fun...
