Happy Halloween!

We went and played with Colin’s family for Halloween. (When holidays fall on a Sunday, they are usually celebrated on Saturday in Utah). Jackson was a cowboy for a few minutes before it was obvious he wasn’t going to be able to walk in his big boots to go trick or treating, so he was a plan-B duck. An extremely cute duck. He did so good trick or treating and saying “treat treat” and then he said “thank you” at every house, usually unprompted. His only problem was only picking out one piece of candy.

My brother-in-law Greg didn’t mean to wear a costume and was dressed in rain gear (it was raining) to take the kids trick or treating, but he looked very familiar…

After trick or treating, Jackson ate way too much candy. So did I. I have a feeling nursery and primary is going to be a hard at church tomorrow. Poor leaders.
