15 Months Old

Jackson went for his 15 month check up yesterday. Here are his statistics.

 

Length: 33.25” (95th percentile)

Weight: 25 lbs (50th percentile)

 

At 15 months, Jackson says:

• Dat  (dad)
• Cheesssssse  
• Fishy  (he learned at Grammy’s house and used again while looking at the fish tank at the doctor’s office)
• Hi  

Yesterday he combined to words to make his first sentence and said “Hi Dat” to Colin. He asks for “Dat” during the day.

 

Some of Jackson’s best tricks are:

• Bringing me his boots or my shoes when he wants to go outside.
• Dancing when he hears me say the word dance.
• Twirling when I say spin around.
• Understanding and responding to what I say (Are you hungry/thirsty? Go get your ball., etc.)
• holding still while getting a hair cut

Jackson’s favorite things to do are:

• Being chased by mommy and daddy.
• Riding on mommy or daddy’s back as they crawl around.
• Doing the dishes (playing in the sink with water).
• Going outside and playing in the snow, ice, and puddles.
