I wanted to make train shaped pancakes this morning for Jackon. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to make a train shaped pancake by pouring batter into the pan. However, train shaped pancakes are very doable if you happen to have a train shaped cookie cutter (thanks Julie). I suppose the pancake possibilities are endless depending on what cookie cutters you have.
